Kiffin Hope joined ALPS Corporation in 2011 as Social Media Community Manager, having spent the previous fifteen years in financial services and nonprofit fundraising. At The Vital Ground Foundation, he built a strong social media presence that has garnered the organization thousands of followers from around the world on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms. At ALPS, Kiffin has created a social media strategy to match the company's long-term marketing vision. He manages ALPS's online marketing, the ALPS 411 blog, three Twitter feeds, a Facebook corporate page, and a Google+ stream. With the ALPS Educational Services division, he promotes online learning opportunities to the legal community through the company’s various social media channels and email campaigns; assists with the behind-the-scenes of new CLE production; and coordinates with our online vendor with uploading CLE videos and program documents.
